These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "these Terms", or "this Agreement") govern the access to and use of the WG96 online gaming platform, accessible at wg96.cam (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "WG96", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between WG96 and any individual who registers as a user, accesses, browses, or otherwise uses any part of the Platform (hereinafter referred to as "the User", "you", or "your").
By registering an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game, bet, or promotion offered through WG96, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform.
Important Notice for Malaysian Users: WG96 operates under an international gaming licence issued by a recognised offshore regulatory authority. WG96 does not operate under any Malaysian government gaming licence, as no such regulatory framework currently governs online gambling in Malaysia. Malaysian users are solely responsible for understanding and complying with their local laws and regulations concerning online gaming activities.

Registration and use of the WG96 Platform is strictly subject to the following eligibility criteria, all of which must be satisfied at all times:
WG96 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any time. Access to the Platform — including the ability to make deposits or withdrawals — may be suspended pending completion of identity verification. This is not a discretionary measure but a standard compliance requirement across all internationally licensed online gaming platforms.
By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that all of the above eligibility requirements are satisfied. Any misrepresentation of eligibility — including falsification of age — will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of any funds held in the Account, and may be reported to relevant authorities where required.
Each individual User is permitted to hold one (1) Account on the WG96 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances.
You are required to provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during the registration process and to maintain the accuracy of that information at all times. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification, date of birth, residential address (inclusive of Malaysian city and postcode where applicable), email address, and contact number.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials. WG96 strongly recommends the use of a unique, complex password not shared with any other online service. You must notify our support team immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.
WG96 is obligated under its international licence to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. You may be required to submit a copy of your MyKad or passport, proof of residential address (e.g., a utility bill or bank statement dated within three months), and in certain circumstances, proof of the funding source. Withdrawals above specified thresholds will not be processed until KYC verification is complete.
You may use the WG96 Platform exclusively for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. Any use of the Platform for business operations, resale, automated access, or data harvesting is strictly prohibited.
The following activities are expressly prohibited on the Platform:
WG96 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following approved methods for Malaysian users: Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, RHB Bank (via FPX and direct bank transfer), DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin/BTC and Tether/USDT). All fiat transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. The standard minimum deposit is RM 20. Maximum single deposit limits may apply depending on your account verification status and VIP tier. WG96 reserves the right to adjust deposit limits at its discretion with reasonable prior notice.
The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. All withdrawals are subject to completed KYC verification. Withdrawals will be returned only to a payment method registered in the same name as the Account holder — third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances. Standard bank transfer and e-wallet withdrawals are typically processed within 15 to 60 minutes during Malaysia operational hours (10:00 AM – 1:00 AM MYT). Cryptocurrency withdrawal times are subject to network congestion.
WG96 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges, for which WG96 accepts no responsibility. Where currency conversion is required (e.g., for cryptocurrency deposits), the applicable exchange rate at the time of processing will be applied.
Anti-Money Laundering Notice: WG96 is required to monitor and report suspicious financial activity in accordance with its international licence obligations. Any attempt to use the Platform for money laundering, structuring of transactions, or other financial crimes will result in immediate account suspension, full reporting to relevant authorities, and forfeiture of funds.
WG96 offers a range of promotional bonuses, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, birthday bonuses, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the promotion, including a stated wagering requirement, minimum odds requirements (where applicable), game restrictions, and expiry date.
Bonus funds must be wagered in accordance with the applicable rollover requirement before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a bonus of RM 100 with a 20× wagering requirement necessitates total wagers of RM 2,000 before withdrawal eligibility is established. Wagers placed on certain game categories (e.g., live dealer, progressive jackpots) may contribute at a reduced percentage toward wagering requirements.
WG96 actively monitors for bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, coordinated wagering to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk exposure, exploiting system errors or bugs, and any other strategy designed to circumvent the intent of a promotion. Detection of bonus abuse will result in the immediate forfeiture of all bonus funds and any associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
Birthday bonuses are awarded based on the User's active VIP tier at the start of their birth month and are subject to completed KYC verification. Referral bonuses are credited upon the referred User's first qualifying deposit. Both are subject to the standard wagering requirements communicated at the time of award. WG96 reserves the right to modify or withdraw loyalty benefits at any time with reasonable prior notice.
All games and betting markets offered on WG96 are governed by individual game and market rules, which are displayed within each game or market interface. The following general provisions apply across all products:

All content on the WG96 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game interfaces, software code, and the overall compilation and arrangement of such content — is the exclusive intellectual property of WG96 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any part of the Platform's content for any commercial or non-personal purpose without the express prior written consent of WG96.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WG96, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:
WG96's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by you in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
WG96 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the event of: breach of these Terms; fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive conduct; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time; suspected money laundering or financial crime; or any conduct that WG96 reasonably determines to be harmful to the Platform, other Users, or WG96's reputation.
In cases of termination for cause (i.e., breach of these Terms), WG96 reserves the right to forfeit all bonus funds and winnings associated with the breach. Real money balances not subject to forfeiture will be returned to the User's verified payment method, subject to standard KYC requirements.
You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining balance (net of pending bonus wagering obligations) will be returned to you via your verified payment method within a reasonable processing period.
WG96 reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material — that is, where they significantly affect User rights or obligations — WG96 will provide reasonable prior notice via email to the address registered to your Account and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and request Account closure before the effective date.
The most current version of these Terms is always accessible at wg96.cam/terms-conditions and is identified by its effective date as stated at the top of this document.
These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which WG96's international gaming licence is registered.
Any disputes that cannot be resolved through WG96's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to binding arbitration under the rules of the relevant arbitration body in the licencing jurisdiction. WG96 commits to engaging in good faith dispute resolution prior to the initiation of formal proceedings.
WG96 does not submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of any Malaysian court or regulatory body in respect of disputes arising from these Terms. Malaysian Users acknowledge that they access and use this Platform on a personal and voluntary basis, understanding the legal context in their jurisdiction.
